I wasn't. :-( Evidently there is something majorly wrong with it physically. It rattles. YIKES! I took it to a data recovery place, and they say that while they CAN retrieve the data, it will cost $1800. So it looks like I won't be getting it. :-( BACK UP BACK UP BACK UP!!!!!!!!! NO. I can't even imagine. Andrew got me a thumb drive for Christmas and I've been moving pictures onto it so I have them in two places. Once I have them organized there I'm going to burn them to a disc. I can't imagine loosing my pictures. I know the financial and homeschooling stuff is important, but the pictures would send me over the edge. hugs I’m so sorry! I can’t even imagine. Dh is going to look at mine this weekend. If he can't do anything, it's off to the computer doctor with fingers crossed. In the meantime I get dh's laptop but without all my "stuff".
