We received the other offer this evening. It's even better than the first one. YAY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once we can read the whole thing (there were some technical difficulties ROFLOL), we will most likely accept. We just might get to move to CO by the first of the year! 
I just got caught up with you and what’s happening. I’m doing a happy dance for you over on the other side of the country (soon to be the world, lol).
