What was one of the fashion fads when you were a teenager?

I was about as equally "un-faddish" then as I am now, so the only thing I can think of really are dresses with the big, white collars.

Name one thing you think people assume about you when they first meet you.

It depends on how much they find out about me. But as soon as they find out that I have 5 children under the age of 10 AND homeschool, they assume that I am a patient person by nature, organized, adore children in general, and am an all-around Supermom. I sure wish they would then be willing to get to know me better so that they can learn that those assumptions are wrong. But usually they are so turned off by my "Supermom-ness" that they don't. :?

My house. That way we could find one that suited us better and was closer to town.
